Seeking permission to sell the properties described in the Judges summons, the applicant has filed the present application. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the properties, which are sought to be sold, are in dilapidated condition and the applicant requires money for paying property tax arrears, water and drainage tax arrears, electricity reconnection charges etc., Therefore, the applicant has filed the present application. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and taking note of the fact that the facts as narrated in the affidavit filed in support of the application are not disputed and on the contrary, an endorsement has been made by the learned counsel for the respondent, expressing no objection in allowing the application, this application is allowed.
