Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.34405 of 2019 by order dated 21.01.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNA ELANGO, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.D. BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR (PUDUCHERRY) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.34405 of 2019 dated 21.01.2020.
