ORDER

Mr.Kasirajan, learned counsel assisting the office of the learned counsel for the petitioner represents that this writ petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the 6th respondent has also confirmed the same. It is further submitted that an appeal is pending against the order of the 1st respondent (Regional Transport Authority, Namakkal) passed on 01.06.2009. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
