O R D E R The petitioner herein has filed the present Contempt Petition to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.33857 of 2023 dated 07.03.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents placed on record.
3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing on the side of the respondents contends that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.33857 of 2023 dated 07.03.2024. has been duly complied with and thereby pleaded to close the present Contempt Petition.
4. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for adjudication.
