ORDER
The petitioners have filed the above Criminal Revision Petition questioning the correctness of the order dated 29.9.2013 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 5185 of 2015 in Crime No.154 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram by which the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners was cancelled.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to the apprehension of arrest by the respondent police, the petitioners were unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, they have filed a modification petition and the same was allowed on 19.8.2015 and thereafter, they have been complying with the conditions regularly without any fail. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the petitioners are willing to abide any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and they are ready to co-operate with the investigation.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that since the petitioners have violated the conditions imposed, the anticipatory bail has been rightly cancelled by the Court below.
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Taking into consideration the offence is under Section 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and that the petition filed by the petitioners for modification was allowed and after modification, they have been complying with the conditions strictly for more than 40 days, the order dated 29.9.2015 cancelling the anticipatory bail is set aside and the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirukoilur for a period of 30 days. With the above direction, the Criminal Revision case is allowed.
