Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.NO.2077 of 2020 on by order dated 03.02.2020 i.e.,-b. the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.[CRL.MP.NO.3697/2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.VELMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2077 of 2020 dated 03.02.2020. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to the situation prevailing in the State due to Corona, the petitioner could not comply with the condition after 19.03.2020. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition till 19.03.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
