ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to take appropriate action to register the FIR on the complaint dated 04.07.2015 and investigate the same and pass final report in the above complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.It is seen that, on a complaint given by the opposite party, a case in Crime No.87 of 2013 has been registered against this petitioner and the case is pending now. In this complaint, this petitioner has alleged that, he has made allegations against the opposite party as if the opposite party threatened him, it leads to complaint.

4.It is seen that this complaint is a counter blast to the case in Crime No.87 of 2013.

5.Under such circumstance, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register an FIR. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
