(CRIME NO. 16/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.1920 of 2020 on by order dated 04.02.2020 i.e.:- b. "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARIKARASUDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1920 of 2020, dated 04.02.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, dated, 04.02.2020.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1920 of 2020, dated 04.02.2020 is modified to the effect that "the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
