ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 46 days in filing the present Criminal Revision Petition against the impugned order dated 09.10.2025 in Crl.A.No.172/2024 on the file of Hon'ble Additional Sessions Court, Attur.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondent.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.

4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 46 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision petition, if it is, otherwise in order and list before this Court on 13.03.2026. 10-03-2026 MJS
