O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to change the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2015 under Sections 420, 468, 471, 423, 120(B) of IPC, from the fourth respondent to the CBCID, Coimbatore District, Coimbatore or any other police officer and to file final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the fourth respondent conducted enquiry in Crime No.3 of 2015 and the same was closed on 29.12.2018 as "Further Action Dropped" and refer charge sheet also served to the petitioner. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this petition cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.

4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
