ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's application dated 27.03.2019 and grant patta to the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has purchased the property in the year 2004 and 2005. Thereafter, he has made an application before the 2nd respondent seeking patta. But, no order has been passed till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, and also the petitioner's application dated 27.03.2019 is pending with the second respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 27.03.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as other affected parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
