respondent to release the sale deeds dated 12.06.2024 which are kept as a pending documents in P/169/2024 and P/170/2024 respectively. 2.

When the matter came up hearing during last occasion, this Court directed the learned Special Government Pleader to take instructions. 3.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court the Sale deeds have already been registered and the same will be released in favour of the petitioners. 4.
