ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 4(c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.31136 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Page No.1 of 4

petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31136 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024 is relaxed.
