ORDER

The petitioner-husband has filed this revision petition seeking for early disposal of F.C.O.P.No.100 of 2016 pending on the file of the Family Court, Salem.

2. The respondent-wife has filed the said F.C.O.P. for divorce. The said F.C.O.P. is posted before the Court below for enquiry. The petitioner has filed counter affidavit in the said F.C.O.P. Till date, it is pending for enquiry and adjourned on several dates for the same. Hence, the petitioner

has fled this revision.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitionerhusband has also filed F.C.O.P.No.68 of 2016 before the same Court, for restitution of conjugal rights, in which, the respondent-wife has not filed counter affidavit and the pleadings are incomplete. Learned counsel prays for early disposal of both the said F.C.O.Ps.

4. Considering the above facts, the learned Judge, Family Court, Salem, is directed to dispose of both the said F.C.O.Ps., i.e. F.C.O.P.No.100 of 2016 and F.C.O.P.No.68 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, after completion of pleadings in both the cases.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
