ORDER
The petitioner has approached the respondent with his representation dated 01.03.2021 for issuance of patta in respect of the property for an extent of 166 sq.mtrs., in S.No.190/5 in Sathipattu Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and makes a statement on instruction that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 1100 a.m., on 26.05.2021 in the office of the respondent. The said statement is recorded.
3. In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the Tahsildar, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from 26.05.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
