A.No.1557 of 2024 in C.S.No.716 of 2015 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to condone the delay in filing the subpoena batta for the witnesses that were permitted to be examined by this Court in A.No.6667 of 2023.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this application is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to issue subpoena on the same batta filed on 12.01.2024 by the learned counsel for the plaintiff.

4.Post the main case on 25.04.2024.
