Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents ending with the impugned order of the second respondent dated 17.01.2013 and quash the same and also direct the respondents 1 and 2 to restore electricity service connection No.215-058-166 in the 4th house of the petitioner in premises bearing Door No.26/8, TTK 1st Cross Road, Sriram Nagar, Alwarpet, Chennai 600 018.

ORDER

This writ petition was filed in the year 2013 challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 17.1.2013 and to quash the same with a consequential direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to restore the electricity service connection to the premises of the petitioner.

Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the writ petition under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the petitioner, except the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 & 2.
