Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

In the considered view of this Court, this Court cannot entertain these writ petitions and pass any interim orders since the same will tantamount to interfering with the judgment of the Division Bench. If, at all the petitioners have any grievance, they have to file appropriate petitions in the disposed of writ petitions and ask for appropriate reliefs. A fresh writ petition cannot be entertained by this Court. 4.

All these writ petitions are dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
