This revision challenges the order of learned Sessions Judge, Villupuram Sessions Division, Villupuram, passed in Crl.M.P.No.5827 of 2015 in C.A.No.36 of 2015 on 22.09.2015.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.

3. The order of this Court passed in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.R.C.No.1088 of 2015 dated 08.10.2015 stands complied with and pursuant thereto, the petitioner has been released from custody. Against his conviction in C.C.No.99 of 2014 under judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tindivanam, dated 17.08.2015, an appeal in C.A.No.36 of 2015 is pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Villupuram. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the circumstances, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of the main revision itself with a direction to the appellate Court to dispose of the appeal in C.A.No.36 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of.
