(CRIME NO.02/2021) Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) relax the condition that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed in para No. 5(c) of the order passed in Crl.O.P Nos.17831 & 17830/2021 in Crime No.2/2021. [CRL.MP.NOs. 4948 and 4949/2022]

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of MR. S.UDAYAKUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) n behalf of the Respondent [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 20.10.2021 this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. These petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered and the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 20.10.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
