C.M.P.Nos.15132 and 15133 of 2016 in C.R.P.Nos.1465 and 1466 of 2013 T.MATHIVANAN.J., These two petitions in C.M.P.No.15132 of and C.M.P.No.15133 of 2016 have been filed to restore the Civil Revision Petitions in C.R.P.No.1465 of 2013 and C.R.P.No.1466 of 2013 respectively, which were dismissed for nonprosecution on 27.01.2016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that respondents have got no objection for allowing these petitions.

3. Keeping in view of the above fact, these two petitions are allowed and the order of dismissal dated 27.01.2016 is set aside and the Civil Revision Petitions C.R.P.Nos.1465 and 1466 of 2013 are restored to the original file.

Post C.R.P.Nos.1465 and 1466 of 2013 for hearing on 07.11.2016.
