This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to dispose of the appeal submitted by the petitioner to the 1st respondent on 20.08.2015 preferred against the order of the 2nd respondent made EE/O & M/ TPT/A.ADM-O/ADS/A1/F/D. No. 110/10 on 31.03.2010.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Respondents are present.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner in the present writ petition has died and the cause does not survives.

4. Accordingly, with the above observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
