CRIME NO.690/2020.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on "that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.1756/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19454/2020 dated 25.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl. M.P.No.1756 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19454 of 2020 dated 25.02.2021.

2. This court while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P.No.1756 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19454 of 2020 dated 25.02.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., every Monday until further orders.
