(CRIME NO.1 of 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.No.382/2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed in Judgment dated 22.07.2020 made in SPL.SC.No.39 of 2019 on the file of the learned Family Court FAC of Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur and enlarge the petitioner on bail for a limited period pending disposal of the above Crl.A.382/2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.382/2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ARJUN Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, Govt. Advocate (Crl side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This is the second bail petition.
2. When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition.
