ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1715 of 2025, dated 29.01.2025, that the petitioners 1 & 2 shall report before the respondent police at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders, the third petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further order.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1715 of 2025, dated 29.01.2025 is relaxed. 4.
