This Petition has been filed since the father of the petitioner when he was had agitated that his service should be come under the General Provident Fund. The father of the petitioner had nominated the mother of the petitioner but unfortunately she also died. The petitioner and her brothers are entitled for the amount which had accrued even under the heading Contributory Pension Scheme. But however, the Writ Petition has been filed since the brothers of the petitioner were not co-operating in joining hands with the petitioner to get the said amount. It was under those circumstances, this Petition has been filed to implead as brothers.

2. This Petition stands allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title reflecting the proposed respondents as further respondents.
