PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records of the order of rejection of the 2nd respondent Government covered in his letter No.87533/J1/10 dated 20.09.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent Government to issue suitable orders to his Lower Authorities to appoint petitioner's daughter-Ms.Deivanayagi in a suitable post in the Education Department in the place of her deceased fatherMr.Pitchamuthu who died in harness and due to heart attack on 27.03.1982 within a short time as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.
