2. Mr.D. Pradeepkumar, who appears for the applicant, says that, since settlement has been reached with the respondent, this application has been made to raise the order of attachment, dated 10.06.2016, passed in A.No.7133 of 2015.

3. Thus, as prayed, the order of attachment, dated 10.06.2016, is raised.

4. The Registry will despatch a copy of the order to the Sub Court, Tiruneveli, Tamil Nadu.
