No.18389 of 2013 by not considering the representation dated 25.04.2013 and deciding the same in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 08.10.2013 passed in W.P. No.18389 of 2013 has not been complied with.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid order passed by this Court has been complied with in October 2014 aftermath the filing of the Contempt Petition in September 2014.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
