O R D E R
This contempt application is filed by the petitioner with a prayer to punish the respondents for non implementation of the order passed by this court on 5th June, 2015 in W.P.No.15913 of 2015.
2. The Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted a letter of
instruction signed on behalf of the Secretary to Government dated 23rd March, 2017 stating that the Additional Commissioner (Revenue Administration) has filed the memorandum of grounds for Review Application, Affidavit for Stay and Affidavit for Condonation of delay in filing the review application, which is numbered as M.P.No.1 of 2015(S.R.No.136522 of 2015)
3. In view of these instructions, it is for the writ petitioner to contest the Review Application filed by the respondents challenging the order stated supra.
4. Thus, no further consideration is required in this Contempt Petition and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
