This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 17.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.24167 of 2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has filed a Compliance Report dated 15.07.2024 indicating that the order dated 17.08.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.24167 of 2023, has been complied with.
