ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the Statutory Appeal and Stay petition dated 10.02.2026 filed under Section 6F of the Explosives Act, 1884 read with Rule 59 (1) (a) of the Static and Mobile pressure Vessels (unfired) Rules, 2016 by the petitioner within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsels on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal and stay petition dated 10.02.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the
petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
