Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the entire records connected with the proceedings of the third respondent dated 09.03.2015 in Na.Ka.A8/3127/2013 and consequential order passed by the third respondent dated 10.03.2015 in Na.Ka.A8/1938/2015 and quash the same.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings of the third respondent dated 09.03.2015 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Na.Ka.A8/3127/2013 and consequential order passed by the third respondent dated 10.03.2015 in Na.Ka.A8/1938/2015.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in view of the subsequent proceedings in Na.Ka.A8/1938/2015, dated 08.05.2015 of the Assistant Director, Land Survey Records Department, Coimbatore District, nothing survives in this writ petition and therefore, he seeks to withdraw this writ petition. An endorsement also has been made to that effect in the bundle.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the aforesaid proceedings dated 08.05.2015. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
