The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the notification, which was the basis for filing of the present writ petition had been withdrawn by the respondents. In this regard, batch of writ petitions were also disposed of by this Court. 2.In view of the fact that the very notification had been withdrawn by the respondents, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of grounds raised in the writ petition.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands Closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
