The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition praying to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondents to allot Aavin Milk Booth No.31 at Karungalpalayam to the petitioner based on the representation dated 15.11.2018.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has filed the writ petition for the aforesaid prayer. During the course of the arguments, the petitioner seeks confine to restrict as per the communication dated 24.09.2018 received from the President that the petitioner can put up Aavin Milk Booth in any of the place between Krishnampalayam and K.N.K. Road, Erode District. To that extent he made a representation dated 15.11.2018 to the third respondent. Since no action was taken, he approached this Court to issue an appropriate direction by considering the aforesaid representation. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent also agreed for offering the place as stated by the first respondent by his communication dated 24.09.2018 and the petitioner so approach the authority concern. 4.

By recording the aforesaid communication and by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2018, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2018, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to pass orders for allotting the Aavin Milk Booth on the basis of the communication dated 24.09.2018 issued by the first respondent. 5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
