The Criminal Revision Case has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 03.06.2016 made in C.A.No.21 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional Sessions Judge, Vellore @ Tirupattur, confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupattur, Vellore District in STC.No.701/2013 dated 31.07.2015.

2. When the matter was called today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner by producing a copy of the Death Certificate of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
