ORDER
Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though her Sale Deed was registered as document No.1109/2023 dated 22.02.2023, the original document has not been released to her.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that, there are no proceedings either under Section 33A or under Section 47A of the Stamp Act, pending as on date.
4. If that be so, there cannot be any impediment on the part of the respondents to release the sale deed. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the first respondent herein, to forthwith release the document namely Sale Deed in D.No.1109/2023 dated 22.02.2023, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
