ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 16.11.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.9205 of 2011.

This Court vide its order dated 16.11.2017, closed the writ petition based on the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, wherein, it was stated

that they would resort due process of law before any action to be taken against the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that the respondent has taken steps to measure the subject property by following due process of law.
