2. This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant 60 days leave to the detenu Yasudeen s/o.Bathrudeen, Convict No.3287, aged about 40 years, detained at Central Prison, Kovai, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2020.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the convict prisoner Yasudeen, who was granted leave earlier, has returned to the prison.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
