ORDER

The petitioner / A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 111, 49, 62, 238, 318(4) BNS r/w Section 4(1)(jj) of TNP Act 4(1)(C) of TNP Amendment Act, 2024 and 191 of M.V. Act in Crime No. 39 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second anticipatory bail petition. An earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has six previous cases out of which, three are similar in nature.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is an habitual offender and has bad antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
