1. The petitioner is an accused who faces trial inter alia for offences under Section 397 IPC. In S.C.No.73 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Namakkal, the petitioner has jumped bail and has been granted bail by this Court on 10.01.2020 on certain conditions, and one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 8(b) is that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal.

2. Now, the petitioner has filed this to amend the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi, Namakkal District instead of Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal.

3. The satisfaction Court mentioned in the order dated 10.01.2020 is wrong and it ought to be Principal Sessions Court, Namakkal. This is to be corrected and the Registry is directed to amend the same and issue fresh order copy without costs.

4. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is allowed.
