ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed against the respondent for noncompliance of order dated 22.09.2025 passed in WP.No.35951 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the survey was conducted and boundary stones were fixed, no sub-division was made at the subject property. Hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner's representation was duly considered and disposed of by the respondents vide order dated 25.04.2026. Further, he would contend that the representation was made by the petitioner only for the purpose of conducting survey and fixing boundary stones. However, no request for sub-division was made in the said representation. Hence, he requests this Court to close this petition.

4. In view of the above, it is clear that the respondents had duly complied with the order passed by this Court and hence, no further order is required in this petition. Therefore, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the order dated 25.04.2026 passed by the respondent.
