COMMON ORDER It is stated by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent that as against the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.Nos.30674 & 30155 of 2023, dated 08.11.2023, the respondent has preferred W.A.Nos.2693 & 2196 of 2023, wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench has granted interim orders.
2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petitions, when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioners to work out their remedies subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeals.
3. With the above liberty, both the Contempt Petitions stand closed. Consequently, connected sub applications are closed. 25.10.2024 Index: Yes/No Sni 3/5
