2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3684 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
