ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction upon the 1st respondent to recall the objection letter dated 10.04.2024 based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2024.
2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Ms.K.Aswini Devi, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent.
3. Since no document has been presented by the petitioner for registration, the question of entertaining this writ petition at this premature stage by this Court by directing the 1st respondent to recall the objection letter dated 10.04.2024 based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2024 does not arise.
4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the respective contentions.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court once again, in case, the respondent refuses to register any document to be presented by the petitioner pertaining to the subject property in the near future. No costs.
