PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents, their officers, men, agents, representatives and assigns from demanding the members of the petitioner to source and inject private power through third party and IEX sources for consumption during the load shedding periods, both scheduled and unscheduled, in order to maintain the dedicated feeder status and accordingly, exempt all of them from the requirement of sourcing power through third party and IEX power to continue the dedicated feeder status when they have their own wind power both at current generation and at banking account.
