It is submitted that the appellant is in prison from 2019 and the co-accused have filed appeals in Crl.A.Nos.315, 323 and 480 of 2019 and they are also in jail. Hence preference be given for listing the appeal. It is also submitted that the typed set is made ready.

3. Finding that the appellant and other co-accused are in jail, list all these appeals (Crl.A.Nos.307, 315, 323 and 480 of 2019) together for final hearing in the second week of June, 2023.
