This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Cr.No.259/2013.

2. No representation for the petitioner on account of boycott of Courts.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.259 of 2013 has been registered by the respondent police.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
