The learned counsel for the applicant/4th defendant has stated that the order of this Court dated 15.07.2021 has been complied with, and he has filed an affidavit dated 02.08.2021 to that effect. On perusal of the materials available, it is observed that the order of the Court dated 15.07.2021, has been partially complied with . Hence, it is posted today for clarification.

2. This Court Vide order dated 15.07.2021, has directed the applicant / 4th defendant to pay a cost of Rs.2,500/- while allowing the application in A.No.2182 of 2021, and directed the same to be paid to the COVID Fund maintained by the Corporation of Chennai.

3. The learned counsel submitted that by oversight this amount was paid into the Chief Justice Relief Fund, and requested this Court to accept the same. This Court condones the mistake occurred and holds that the compliance of the orders of the Court dated 15.07.2021 is complete. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the written statement of the fourth defendant is taken on file.
