Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to forbear the Respondents herein from removing the petty shops of the members of the Petitioner Sangam from Usman Road till the alternate site viz. Multistoreyed Complex in Pondy Bazaar is opened for

occupation and to direct Respondents 3 to 5 to implement the direction of the Chairman Implementation Committee dated 15.06.2011 with respect to the accommodation of the licensed hawkers under the fly over in Usman Road in respect of the members of the Petitioner as a temporary measure till the alternate site viz. Multistoreyed Complex in Pondy Bazaar is opened for accommodation.
